  • What's your return policy?
    All sales are FINAL. At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges so please be sure to check that you are ordering the correct size. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly replace it as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The defective item will be replaced with the same color and size it was originally ordered in once we have received a clear photo of the defect/damage at our email: Please be sure to also include your name, email and order number to initiate this request.
  • Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
    At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charges - we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that's the case, please let us know at within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled items and we'll send you a new one of the same color and correct size.
  • How are your products made?
    We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
  • How do I track my order?
    You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at
  • Where will my order ship from?
    We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, with US locations that will handle your order.
  • I recieved a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?"
    We're so sorry if the product arrives damaged or incorrect. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at within 7 days of receipt along with photos of the damaged/incorrect prodcut, your order number, and any other details you may have anout your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
  • My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it.  What should I do?"
    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: * Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address * Ask your local post office if they have your package * Stop by your neigbors in case the courier left the package with them We are not responsible for delivery of packages after we ship them from our site. We do not re-ship or refund orders due to wrong addresses.
  • What happens if my order is returned due to entering a wrong/invalid address?
    Any orders that are returned to us by the courier due to an "invalid address" or "undeliverable address" can be reshipped but will be subject to a $10 processing fee and shipping charges. You will have 30 days to request a reshipment from the time it is sent back to us. After that time your order will be added back to our store inventory and will no longer be available for you to claim.
  • Can I return my mask (face covering)?
    Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for masksx.
  • What if I no longer want the items I ordered / buyer's remorse?
    Unfortunately, we only offer returns for damaged or mislabeled product.
  • When can I expect my order?
    Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing longer times for fulfillment and delivery. You order may take 7-21 business days to be fulfilled and delivered at this time.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this time, we only ship to the United States.
